What is an FDE?

FDE stands for Forward Deployed Engineer. This expert works closely with business and technical teams to quickly turn real-world needs into solutions people actually use.

How is an FDE different from an AI consultant?

A consulting engagement may focus on analysis and recommendations. The IAventure FDE also takes part in execution: scoping, prototyping, technical coordination, integration, deployment and tracking adoption.

Does the FDE replace my IT department or technical teams?

No. They work with them. Their role is to connect business goals, AI capabilities and the constraints of your information systems.

Do we need an AI roadmap first?

No. IAventure can start by identifying and prioritizing opportunities through Smart Diag or Diag Boost, then extend that support with an FDE.

Does the FDE develop solutions themselves?

They can build prototypes and contribute directly to development. When additional expertise is needed, they bring in the IAventure specialists best suited to the project.

How often does the FDE work with us?

The service is designed as a part-time engagement, typically 1 to 4 days per month, and adapts to the pace of your projects and teams.
